Batch-specific sourcing, processing and quality coordination
Shaker Export coordinates Iranian dried anchovy sourcing and export preparation around the grade, batch and requirements of each confirmed order. Food Grade and Feed Grade products are presented separately so buyers can review the relevant specification before requesting a quotation.
1. Sourcing and grade selection
The process begins with the intended application and buyer requirement. Food Grade and Feed Grade orders are handled as separate product requirements, with current batch information confirmed before order approval.
- Product grade and form are identified first.
- Available batch details are reviewed against the requested specification.
- Sample approval can be discussed where relevant to the order.
2. Drying and product preparation
Depending on the product specification, dried anchovy may be prepared by natural sun drying or controlled mechanical drying. The applicable method is declared for the product or confirmed with the current batch.
3. Quality and batch transparency
Buyers can review the declared specification for the relevant grade and request current batch information through the quotation form. Where additional analysis, health documentation or shipment documentation is required, the requirement should be shared before order confirmation.
| Stage | Buyer-facing information | Confirmation point |
|---|---|---|
| Grade | Food Grade or Feed Grade | Before quotation |
| Product form | Whole, whole/broken or fishmeal | Product selection |
| Drying | Natural sun or controlled mechanical drying where applicable | Specification / batch |
| Salt level | Declared range or customer requirement depending on product | Specification / quotation |
| Packaging | Carton, bulk or customized requirements | Before order confirmation |
4. Packaging and export preparation
Packaging is coordinated according to the selected product and buyer requirement. Carton size, capacity, bulk format and other packaging points can be finalized as part of the quotation and order confirmation.
Current batch details should be confirmed for the selected grade before final commercial approval.
